Welcome to Jiann Sheng Machinery & Electric Industrial Co., Ltd, home to the JSEDM brand of Electrical Discharge Machines. JSEDM is globally recognized for EDM manufacturing expertise. We are based in Taiwan and have been producing high performance EDM since 1982. We have the broadest range of machines compared to the rest of Taiwan’s EDM manufacturers, covering conventional EDM, CNC EDM, wire cut EDM, and drilling EDM. Our product series include:

NCF Series:	Z Axis Programmable NC EDM with Monitor Display, Up To 500 Steps Program Setting Can Save/Load/Delete Working Experience.
EB-N Series:	Z Axis Programmable NC EDM with Color Monitor Display, AI & Fuzzy Control.
CNC-L Series:	Fully CNC Control EDM with 17 Orbit Cutting Movements, Up to 256 Set Preset Working Parameters for Easy Operation.
CNC-E Series:	CNC-EB60E/60A, Simple CNC Control EDM with Multi-Cavity and Side Spark Function, Less Expensive than CNC-L EDM.
WEDM Series:	Fully CNC Wire Cut EDM with 5 Axes Motor Control Max. Cutting Speed: 180mm²/min, Max. Taper Cutting: +15°
Drilling EDM:	Digital Display and Operational Controls with 10 Separate Memory Sets, Pipe Diameter Range From 0.2mm to 3.0mm, The Ratio of Machining Depth to hole Reaches 200:1.

Company History

2003 Mar. JS adopted ISO 9001 quality assurance system.

2002 June. JS completed R&D of the new CNC system and run test in factory.

2001 Dec. JS complete submerge-type Wire erosion EDM R&D job.

1999 JS build Taiwan's first AC power supplied EDM, JS Wire EDM machine obtained "CE" approval.

1998 JS applied MIS system, all documents are computerized for better management.

1997 Nov. JS wire EDM machine obtained "Excellent Product Award" in Taiwan.

1997 Mar. JS Wire EDM machine applied for "CE" approval.

1997 Fed. JS obtained ISO - 9002 approval, also CNC EDM obtained award of "Excellent Product Award" in Taiwan.

1996 Aug. JS obtained "CE" approval for CNC EDM machine.

1996 May, JS applied for ISO - 9002 quality assurance system.

1994 JS CNC EDM machine started to promotion on the market.

1991 July, JS re-organized R&D team.

1991 JS merged advanced technology. Upgraded to high-tech CNC and Wire erosion EDM machines.

1989 JS's patented orbiting loran obtained "Good Products Design Award in Taiwan".

1988 JS improved company management and re-organized into five departments : production, quality control, R&D, marketing & sales, administration. Also united our dealers all over the world as a family.

1987 JS built the new factory in Taichung Industrial Zone.

1986 JS purchased new land of 5,950 square meters.

1985 JS developed the first Orbiting EDM shaft (Loran) and obtained CNS no. 36630 patent.

1984 JS successfully extended to overseas market.

1983 In Taiwan, JS build the first DC servo motor EDM machine.

1982 "Jiann Sheng machinery & electricity company" establish.
