Corner Cutting Compare

Corner cutting function obtains sharp corners even during rough machining.

Tungsten Carbide

• AC power means zero voltage on the work piece and therefore no electrolytic degradation and increased mold longevity.
• This is especially important for machining ultra hard alloys like tungsten and sintered materials (no binder depletion).

AC And DC Power Comparison

AC cutting prevents electrolytic corrosion and results in high definition cuts. In die cutting protects against rust and corrosion very well, and greatly reduces damaged layers compared to DC cuts. This further prevents reduced hardness at the discharge/ cut surface, and improves the life of the die.
